Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, stored and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.lumossmile.com (the “Site”) or associated applications. This privacy policy is effective from August 1, 2021.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for transfers, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

-Communicate with you;

-Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;

 

-Observe your browsing behavior when on our site or general trends of all users on our site; and

- Conduct look alike profiling for marketing purposes.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

When you make a purchase via our platform you do not automatically receive marketing emails from us. If you wish to receive emails regarding offers and product updates you must check a box to receive these merchandising newsletter emails. You may opt out from these newsletters at any time.

When you sign up for our newsletters we are able to send you notifications of new product launches, special discount coupons, events hosted by us, and other information of special interest particularly related to new game launches or updates.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

Here at Lumos Smile we take your privacy very seriously. We have implemented processes and protocols of the most stringent in nature, to reduce the risk of any event that could compromise your personal information. Any customer data that we store on location in the United States is secured by encrypted data.  We restrict access to customer data on our platform by only providing access to a limited number of employees who have been vetted for their secure privacy practices. These employees act on a need-to-know basis in order to provide you with a satisfactory customer experience.

At Lumos Smile we use https encrypted servers that communicate with databases that are also encrypted. We have a CMS platform and order management system that is protected with safeguards to keep your information safe.

 

DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We may use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Any California residents under the age of eighteen (18) who have registered to use lumossmile.com and posted content or information can request that such information be removed by contacting us. Requests must state that the user personally posted such content or information and detail where the content or information is posted. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the post from prospective public view.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
